EU Customers
EU law changed on 1st July and now all orders coming into the EU from the UK are liable for VAT. Whilst we configure our website to collect the appropriate VAT, we are asking all our EU customers to order through our Etsy shop
📮 All orders are sent within 1-2 working days of being received. We dispatch Mon - Fri.
🇬🇧 For UK shipping, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 3 days, Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1 day, both services are tracked.
⏩ Next day shipping - We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. This means if your order is placed before 1pm on a working day, we will send it with your chosen next day shipping service.
Next day shipping orders placed after 1pm will be sent next working day.
🌎 For non-UK shipping, Royal Mail International Standard aims to deliver worldwide within 5-12 working days, although delays are often experienced. Please be aware, delivery times for international orders are currently incredibly varied. If it has been 30 working days since your order has been dispatched and it still hasn't been delivered, please get in touch.
Please check that you have included the correct delivery address. If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete address, we will have to charge you postage costs to re-send it.
